Is Cialis Right for You?
Cialis tablet has been found to interact with other Erectile Dysfunction medications and other drugs such as nitrates generally prescribed to treat chest pain.
If you are taking nitrates or alpha blockers then you should not take Cialis and consult the Doctor. The combination of these tablets with Cialis could lower your blood pressure and lead to fainting or even serious problems in some men.
Cialis is better then Viagra?
Viagra tablets take 45 minutes to 1 hour to be effective and Cialis tablets take 5-20 minutes. Unlike Viagra tablets, Cialis tablets work whether or not a man has just eaten a meal or consumed alcohol.
Cialis also works up to 36 hours and is therefore known as 'Weekend' drug.
Cialis (tadalafil) is only for men.
Cialis (tadalafil) should only be taken if your Doctor has prescribed it for you. This is because Cialis can be dangerous if you take it at the same time as certain other medicines including some that are used to treat chest pain (angina), high blood pressure or prostate problems. In addition, some men may not be well enough to have sex because of the extra strain it puts on the heart and so Cialis is unsuitable.
For these reasons you should always see your Doctor if you think you could benefit from Cialis (tadalafil).
You need a prescription from your Doctor to legally obtain Cialis (tadalafil). Companies offering Cialis without a valid prescription is breaking the law, and you may be putting your health at risk.
Cialis Contraindications
Nitrates
Administration of CIALIS to patients who are using any form of organic nitrate, either regularly and/ or intermittently, is contraindicated. In clinical pharmacology studies, tadalafil was shown to potentiate the hypotensive effect of nitrates.

Administration of CIALIS to patients taking any alpha-adrenergic antagonist other than 0.4 mg once-daily tamsulosin is contraindicated. In a drug-drug interaction study, when tadalafil 20 mg was administered to healthy subjects taking doxazosin (8 mg daily), there was a significant augmentation of the blood-pressure-lowering effect of doxazosin.
